The following are claim numbers that we have listed for our customers convenience.  These numbers can be called 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Note:  When you call these numbers after business hours or on weekends, please listen to the full message and follow prompts to talk to a live person who will take claims information.  When you call, please have your policy number available and as much detailed information about the claim as possible.
